Prêmio Destaque (Distinction Award)

Created in 1992, the Prêmio Destaque (Distinction Award) promotes the recording and diffusing of innovative experiences, ideas and practices developed at the Odebrecht construction sites. It is divided into the following categories: Productivity (Generation and Reuse of Knowledge); Young Partner; Sustainability; and Workplace Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Knowledgeable Communities

Since 2001, Members with common interests promote periodic meetings to exchange information. The first Knowledgeable Community created is focused on the Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant segment. Today, there are already 10 communities at the company focused on other topics such as Maritime Infrastructure, Subways, Highways, Contract Administration, Equipment and Safety and Environment.
