Knowledgeable PeopleDevelopment Programs
To train and develop Knowledgeable People, Construtora Norberto Odebrecht created programs designed for the professional and personal growth of its Members. Some of these are oriented toward the technical training of the professionals who work in the operational areas. The others are directed toward improving mastery of Odebrecht Entrepreneurial Technology, as well as improving the strategic vision and multidisciplinary knowledge of the Members.

Acreditar (“Believe”) Program
Teaches men and women – many of whom are later absorbed by the Organization – a profession that satisfies the demands generated by Odebrecht. In partnership with Brazil’s Ministry of Social Development and Hunger Alleviation, the program is focused on the families assisted through the "Family Stipend” Program. Learn more about the Program
“Wired” Program
In 2005, in an attempt to improve the qualification of the workers at its construction sites and in surrounding communities, Odebrecht created a digital inclusion project: “Wired.” Learn more about the Program

Designed to identify, select and integrate youth who graduated up to two years earlier or who are completing their second-to-last or last year in the Engineering (Civil, Electric and Mechanical), Business Administration, Accounting and Economy courses. |
Introduction to the Odebrecht Culture Program |

This program integrates Young Partners with the Organization, promoting knowledge, understanding and acceptance of Odebrecht Entrepreneurial Technology. It also encourages and supports their first activities at the company with the Action Program (AP) and Assessment Instrument. |
Young Builder Program |

Supports and accelerates the Young Partner training process, promoting an ample vision of the Engineering and Construction business phases. The objective is to maximize the productivity of knowledge of these professionals who still possess little experience. |
